DAMO^® Hand Profilers allow operators, even with minimal fabrication skills, to easily create precise edge profiles such as Ogee, Bullnose, Bevel, or Roundovers. These Profilers are suitable for Granite, Engineered Stone, Porcelain, Marble, Limestone and  Concrete.

Compatible with any polisher or grinder with a 5/8”-11 threaded spindle, DAMO^® Profilers work best with a center water-fed polisher operating at 3,500 RPM. Featuring Vacuum Brazed Technology, they offer aggressive grinding action and long-lasting performance without losing profile shape, unlike Sintered profilers.

To use, firmly press the nylon guide onto the material and turn on the polisher, applying enough downward pressure to prevent the guide from spinning freely. The nylon guide ensures the Profiler stays at the correct height for a straight edge, while the ball bearing controls the grinding depth for consistent results. The process is complete when grinding noise stops and the runoff water is clear.

For optimal polishing, use the medium grit Position 2 profiler after the coarse Position 1 for better results and efficiency.
